This software and associated documentation files (the “Software”) are provided under a COMMERCIAL LICENSE.
Use of the Software is permitted only if you have obtained a valid paid license from the Licensor.

Definitions
"Licensor" means the copyright holder and/or authorized seller.
"Licensee" means the person or legal entity that has purchased a license.
"Project" means one commercial product (game/app/service) shipped under a single brand/product line.
"Seat" means one individual developer who uses the Software.

Grant of License
Subject to payment and compliance with this license,the Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive,non-transferable,revocable license to:
use the Software in source or binary form,
integrate the Software into the Licensee’s Projects,
build and ship Projects that include the Software as part of the compiled application.

Restrictions
Unless explicitly permitted in writing by the Licensor,the Licensee may NOT:
redistribute,sublicense,sell,rent,lease,or provide the Software as a standalone library/package/framework,
publish the Software source code or make it available to the public,
use the Software to create a competing library or a product whose primary value is the Software itself,
reverse engineer,decompile,disassemble,or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software except where prohibited by law,
remove or alter copyright,trademark,or license notices.

Seat / Project Limits
Your purchase determines the maximum number of Seats and Projects allowed.
Using the Software beyond the purchased limits requires an upgraded license.

Updates and Support
Updates and support,if any,are provided according to the commercial plan you purchased.
The Licensor may change update/support terms for future purchases.

Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach its terms.
Upon termination,you must cease using the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.
Projects shipped before termination may continue to be distributed,provided you remain compliant and have a valid license at the time of shipment.

Warranty Disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”,WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM,DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY,WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT,
TORT OR OTHERWISE,ARISING FROM,OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law,the Licensor’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the license.

Governing Law
This license shall be governed by the laws of the Licensor’s jurisdiction.
