Free Tier

Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of this software, to use it under the following conditions:

• An unlimited number of forms may be created per application.
• A Formaze watermark must remain visible on all forms.
• Configuration import/export is reserved for Pro and Enterprise tiers.
• The software may not be redistributed, sublicensed, or resold.

Pro and Enterprise Tiers

Use beyond the Free Tier limits requires a valid license key obtained from formaze.dev/checkout.

A valid license grants the licensee the right to:

• Use the software in one application (Pro) or multiple applications (Enterprise) in production.
• Remove the Formaze watermark.
• Use configuration import/export in the editor.

A license is:

• Bound to a single domain (Pro) or multiple domains (Enterprise).
• Non-transferable and may not be shared across organizations.
• Valid for the duration specified at purchase (typically 1 year), after which a renewal is required to continue receiving updates and support.

Restrictions

Regardless of tier, the following are prohibited:

• Redistributing, sublicensing, or reselling this software or any derivative of it.
• Removing or obscuring any copyright notices.
• Using the software to build a competing form-builder product.
