1. Grant

Flowcourier ApS grants you a free-of-charge, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use this software (the "Software"), including in commercial projects and on production websites.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• redistribute, publish, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software or any part of it, whether in source or binary form;
• modify the Software or create derivative works from it;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent such a restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
• remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or license notices.

Installing the Software from the official NuGet packages published by Flowcourier ApS is the only supported form of distribution.

3. Paid features

Certain features may require a separate, paid license key from Flowcourier ApS. Such features are governed by the commercial terms accompanying that key in addition to this license.

4. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. Flowcourier ApS retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.

5. No warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL FLOWCOURIER APS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OF OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

7. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination you must stop using the Software and remove it from your systems.

8. Governing law

This license is governed by the laws of Denmark.
