TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
   This software library is licensed, not sold, to authorized FTNI clients only. 
   FTNI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this library 
   solely in connection with FTNI payment processing services.

2. RESTRICTIONS
   You may NOT:
   - Use this library without an active FTNI client agreement
   - Redistribute, sublicense, or share this library with third parties
   - Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the library
   - Use this library with any payment gateway other than FTNI DirectForm
   - Remove or modify any copyright notices

3. OWNERSHIP
   FTNI retains all right, title, and interest in and to the library, 
   including all intellectual property rights.

4. TERMINATION
   This license automatically terminates if you violate any terms or if your 
   FTNI client agreement ends.

5. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
   THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR 
   IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, 
   FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   IN NO EVENT SHALL FTNI BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY 
   ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE.
