[Deprecated] Dapr state store for validating messages against schemas that are stored in a registry by topic name.

Note: This project has been deprecated. Please use EventDriven.SchemaRegistry.Mongo instead.

This is because Dapr state store entries are scoped to the application id, which makes it impossible for more than one producer to register the same topic name.
