IMPORTANT: READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the author of EnvatoBuildSDK ("Licensor") for the EnvatoBuildSDK software product, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation ("Software").

BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software.

2. RESTRICTIONS
You may NOT:
   a) Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Software
   b) Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
   c) Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software
   d) Use the Software for any illegal purpose

3. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. The Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.

4. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.

5. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

7. SUPPORT AND UPDATES
Support and updates are provided at the sole discretion of the Licensor.

8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Licensor operates.
