Elastic APM NLog Layout Renderer

Allows you to add the following place holders in your NLog templates:

  • ElasticApmTraceId
  • ElasticApmTransactionId
  • ElasticApmSpanId
  • ElasticApmServiceName
  • ElasticApmServiceNodeName
  • ElasticApmServiceVersion

Which will be replaced with the appropriate Elastic APM variables if available
