Also includes IdentifiableEntityManager, StatusEntityManager, and StateMachineEntityManager. For EF6, use EasyAF.Business.EF6.

On .NET 11, DirectUpdate / DirectDelete are stubbed until Z.EntityFramework.Plus ships an EF Core 11 package.

Requires EasyAF.Data.EFCore.
