PROPRIETARY SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. GRANT OF LICENSE: DRONAX LIMITED ("Licensor") grants you a non-exclusive, 
   non-transferable, limited license to use the compiled binary (DLL) of this 
   software for the purpose of developing and executing applications.

2. RESTRICTIONS: 
   - You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the binary.
   - You may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the software.
   - You may not distribute, sub-license, or rent the software to third parties 
     outside of its intended use as a library within your own applications.
   - Access to the source code is strictly prohibited.

3. OWNERSHIP: The software is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property 
   rights remain the property of the Licensor.

4. NO WARRANTY: THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. 
   IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER 
   LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

5. TERMINATION: This license terminates automatically if you fail to comply 
   with any of its terms.
