A simplified wrapper around .NET's FileSystemWatcher that makes it easy to monitor directory changes with built-in debouncing support.

  • path: The directory to monitor
  • filter: File pattern to watch (default: ".")
  • debounceMilliseconds: Time to wait before triggering another event for the same file (default: 100ms)
