DevC.KPI Reporting SDK — Licence

This package (the "SDK") comprises the plugin-authoring contracts and helper
types for DevC.KPI. It is proprietary software of DevCircle IT Consulting GmbH.
It is not open-source software and is not licensed under any GPL, MIT, Apache,
or other open-source licence.

Grant of use. Subject to this licence, DevCircle IT Consulting GmbH grants you a
non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to reference and compile against
the SDK solely to develop reporting plugins intended to run on a licensed
DevC.KPI installation.

Restrictions. Except as expressly permitted above, you may not copy, modify,
distribute, sublicense, sell, rent, reverse engineer, decompile, or create
derivative works of the SDK. No rights are granted to the DevC.KPI engine or any
other DevCircle software, which are licensed separately.

No warranty. THE SDK IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT
PERMITTED BY LAW, DEVCIRCLE IT CONSULTING GMBH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM,
DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SDK OR ITS USE.
