This software is proprietary and is licensed, not sold.

1. Licence grant. You may install and use this software, free of charge, on any
   number of machines (including build servers and CI pipelines), solely to
   deploy applications to the DeployDotnet service (https://deploydot.net).

2. Restrictions. You may not, except to the extent that applicable law
   expressly permits despite this restriction:
   a. copy, redistribute, sublicense, sell, rent or lease the software, other
      than installing it from the official package source for your own use;
   b. modify, adapt or create derivative works of the software;
   c. reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software;
   d. use the software to access the DeployDotnet service in breach of its
      terms of service, or to circumvent any limit or security control of the
      service.

3. Service. Use of the DeployDotnet service is governed by its own terms.
   This licence grants no right to use the service.

4. Termination. This licence ends automatically if you breach it. On
   termination you must stop using and delete all copies of the software.

5. No warranty. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY
   KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
   MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of liability. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO
   EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY,
   WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN
   CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR ITS USE.

7. Governing law. This licence is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
