2.5.10 - Modernization & hardening release (runtime unchanged: .NET 9 / MonoGame 3.8.4.1).
- BREAKING: removed the custom Cocos2D.ArrayPool<T>; CCRawList<T> now pools via System.Buffers.ArrayPool<T> (the public UseArrayPool option is unchanged)
- Fixed a CCDirector.SharedDirector lazy-init race that could expose a half-initialized director under concurrent first access
- Fixed CCInputState per-frame delta time, CCTouchDelegate handler lookup (no longer throws on an unregistered event), and CCRawList.PackToCount buffer ownership
- CCRawList pooling is now backed by System.Buffers.ArrayPool (~21% faster, near-zero allocation on the pooled path)
- Removed all dead platform code (WINDOWS_PHONE/XBOX/XBOX360/PSM/WP8/SILVERLIGHT/PCL and NETFX_CORE/WINRT/WINDOWS_UWP); deleted Tuple.cs and b2FlagExtensions.cs; ArrayList/Hashtable -> generics
- Added a unit-test suite and a BenchmarkDotNet project, plus an .editorconfig baseline
