TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
   This software is licensed, not sold. Subject to the terms of this agreement
   and the purchase of a valid license key, Modus Squared Ltd grants you a
   non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CobaltPDF in accordance
   with the license type purchased (Trial, Annual, or Renewal).

2. RESTRICTIONS
   You may NOT:
   (a) Copy, modify, or distribute this software without a valid license.
   (b) Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, except
       to the extent permitted by applicable law.
   (c) Sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the software to third parties.
   (d) Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks.
   (e) Use the software to build a competing product or service.

3. EVALUATION USE
   Unlicensed usage is permitted for evaluation purposes only. All PDFs
   generated without a valid license key will include a trial watermark.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
   CobaltPDF and all copies thereof are proprietary to Modus Squared Ltd
   and title thereto remains in Modus Squared Ltd. All applicable rights
   to patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets in the software
   are and shall remain in Modus Squared Ltd.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
   THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS
   OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
   FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   IN NO EVENT SHALL MODUS SQUARED LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
   SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION
   WITH THIS SOFTWARE.

7. TERMINATION
   This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically
   if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement or if the license
   key expires without renewal.

8. GOVERNING LAW
   This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
   laws of England and Wales.
