BuildAgent.Tool
The build-agent command. build-agent build runs a build in the build-agent image of the tool's
own version, with the current directory as the workspace. build-agent update replaces a running
container with one built from a newer image, waits for the replacement to report healthy, and puts
the original back if it does not.
