AvaCodeEditor End-User License Agreement (EULA)

AvaCodeEditor (the "Software") is proprietary, closed-source software. It is
currently distributed free of charge in binary form (NuGet packages).

1. LICENSE GRANT. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable
   license to use the Software in binary form, including referencing it from
   and shipping it inside your own personal or commercial applications.

2. RESTRICTIONS. Except to the extent permitted by applicable law, you may NOT:
   (a) modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works of the Software;
   (b) decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reverse engineer the Software;
   (c) redistribute, resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software itself
       other than as an embedded dependency of your application obtained
       through official distribution channels (nuget.org and the official
       GitHub releases);
   (d) remove or alter any proprietary notices in or on the Software.

3. OWNERSHIP. The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and
   interest in the Software remain with the copyright holder.

4. NO WARRANTY. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY
   KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
   MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER BE LIABLE
   FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR
   INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

6. CHANGES. Future versions of the Software may be distributed under different
   terms, including paid licensing. This EULA applies to the version it
   accompanies.
