This License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and Arroact Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Licensor") for the software product "Arroact Umbraco GraphQL" including any associated files, source code (if provided), documentation, and updates (the "Software").

BY INSTALLING, COPYING, DOWNLOADING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.

1. LICENSE GRANT (FREE TO USE)
Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software, free of charge, solely for Licensee's internal business purposes or on websites owned and controlled by Licensee or Licensee's customers, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2. NOT OPEN SOURCE / NO OWNERSHIP TRANSFER
The Software is licensed, not sold. This Agreement does not grant you any rights in Licensor's trademarks, trade names, service marks, or logos. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the Software remain with Licensor.

3. RESTRICTIONS
Unless you have a separate written agreement signed by Licensor, you must not:
a) Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software.
b) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying ideas, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
c) Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
d) Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, publish, transfer, or make the Software available to any third party, including via public repositories, package feeds, or as part of another product.
e) Use the Software for any unlawful purpose.

4. REDISTRIBUTION
The Software is provided as a free plugin, but redistribution is not permitted without written permission from Licensor. You may keep internal backup copies solely for disaster recovery.

5. SUPPORT AND UPDATES
Support, maintenance, and updates (if any) are provided at Licensor's discretion. Licensor may change, suspend, or discontinue the Software at any time.

6. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK ARISING OUT OF USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement immediately if you breach any term. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and destroy all copies in your possession or control.

9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws rules.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications.
