ARROACT SIMPLE FORM - END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity, referred to as "Licensee") and Arroact Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Licensor") for the software product identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation ("Software").

BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software.

2. RESTRICTIONS
Licensee shall not:
   a) Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software
   b) Remove any proprietary notices, labels, or marks from the Software
   c) Rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the Software to any third party
   d) Use the Software for any unlawful purpose

3. OWNERSHIP
The Software is licensed, not sold. Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.

4. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

6. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement immediately if Licensee fails to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, Licensee must destroy all copies of the Software.

7. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
